Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original NXTRND packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
